I would like to focus on deforestation and how it effects Paul Bunyan and other similar folklores. I was thinking about having a few of them meet up and combat it. Deforestation is a growing issue across the globe and does not get as much recognition as it should.
I think focusing on deforestation is a great idea. Sam's also working on a Paul Bunyan project, which is fine, but there are so many characters in myth, lore and legend who live in or depend on the forest, there are plenty to choose from - and it sounds like you might be thinking about including multiple characters, which could be pretty interesting. Perhaps they're forced to live closer and closer together due to habitat loss.
